Description

"Villa Aruba" is a luxury 3 bed/3 bath private villa with its own large pool and sundeck overlooking beautiful woodland conservation.

The property comprises two master bedrooms, with queen size beds, each with their own en-suite facilities and cable T.V. The third bedroom contains twin beds and uses the large family bathroom. All rooms provide plenty of space for your belongings, and are decorated in a light Floridian style. All linens and towels, including additional pool towels, are provided. A complimentary cot and high chair are available on request.

The communal living area provides a place for you to relax in comfort, and where you will find a 25\" Cable T.V and a VCR. The queen sleeper sofa can accommodate a further two guests, if required. Patio doors lead out to the pool/lanai area.

As you would expect, the kitchen is fully fitted, from dishwasher to bottle opener, and includes everything that we think you could possibly need. The kitchen nook has a dining table that seats six, and features two windows overlooking the pool and covered lanai. There is also a breakfast bar with two stools, for additional seating. If you are travelling with young children, we have put some non-breakable plates, bowls, beakers, spoons and forks in the kitchen area.

Laundry facilities are available at the villa for guests to use. These include a large washer and separate dryer, and an ironing board and iron. A hair-dryer is also provided.

The pool area and lanai overlook a beautiful woodland conservation area. The comfortable patio furniture provided (including sun-loungers, table and chairs) and the complimentary gas BBQ will all
help you to further enjoy the outdoor lifestyle.

This 3 bed villa is one of four owned by members of our family. The four villas are located next door to one another on the exclusive Town Center Community, in Davenport, which means that we can accommodate you whatever the size of your party.

Town Center is a gated, secure development which provides a haven from all the excitement that Florida has to offer. Yet, it is only 8 minutes from Disney, close to shops and restaurants, and in the middle of golfers paradise!

Pool Details

The rear of the property and the pool area look towards a woodland conservation area. This provides a high degree of privacy as the pool and the sundeck are not overlooked from behind at all.

The pool is approx 25ft by 12ft in size, and ranges from 3ft to just under 6ft in depth. There are steps into the pool at the shallow end and an underwater ledge at the deep end. An underwater pool light means that night swimming takes on a magical feel!

We include complimentary "noodles", a ball and several inflatables and toys for guests to use in the pool - all ages seem to enjoy these! For peace of mind, if travelling with young children, all exits to the pool area have double locks.

A covered poolside lanai (porch) with ceiling fan allows you to relax in the shade - or why not bask in the Florida sunshine on the patio furniture provided.

A large complimentary gas BBQ means that you can embrace the outdoor lifestyle even further and dine al-fresco as you watch the sun set....

Surrounding Area

"The Reserve at Town Center" is an exclusive, gated community of only 94 homes.

The community was purposely built in a rural wildlife beauty spot and is ideally situated to provide a haven from all the excitement that Orlando has to offer. From the minute that you drive through the impressive entrance gates, the brightly coloured houses, immaculate gardens and quiet palm-tree lined streets, create a feeling of peace and tranquility.

Yet, with easy access to Interstate 4, all of the major attractions, shopping, restaurants and numerous golf courses are only minutes away.

Local amenities are a 5 minute drive from the villa. They include a large Publix supermarket, family restaurants, MacDonalds, Subway sandwich shop, movie/video rental shop, hairdresser, nail salon and liquor store.

Highway 192 is a 9 minute drive from the villa and this is where you will find a vast array of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as smaller attractions such a Water Mania, several crazy golf courses and the opportunity to take a helicopter trip over Orlando!

The new Champions Gate Resort Complex is a 5 minute drive from the villa. This features two Greg Norman designed golf courses and is the world headquarters of the David Leadbetter golfing academy. If you are an avid golfer, then Orlando offers an abundance of luxuriously manicured golf courses to suit golfers at all levels of competence. Many of these golf courses are within a 30 minute drive of the villa – please just ask for more details.
