Villa Layout & Specifications
Our striking 3 bedroom villa is located on Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club. This is one of the most prestigious developments in the Orlando area, combining prime holiday location, upscale housing along with an 18 hole, 72 par championship golf course.
The villa offers you the chance to relax in a very quiet peaceful location, with the benefit of only having to travel a short distance to all the local attractions.
“Visit the theme parks, play golf and then relax by the pool” – it does not get much better than this!!!
The villa is fully air conditioned and heated and has been finished to exacting standards. Our villa is furnished to a very high standard providing our guests luxurious comfort and surroundings.
Outside, the pool area offers our guest privacy whilst they relax by the pool.
The accommodation comprises:-
Large Family Room
On entering into the house, you are lead from the reception area with its rattan hall table, into the very large family room which comprises of a white leather arm chair, two white leather sofas’ and a further large fabric sofa which converts to full size sofa bed, slate topped coffee tables, an armoire containing a large colour cable TV, Video/DVD, Play Station and CD Player. Also available for guest use are various books and videos.
Kitchen
Fully fitted kitchen with light oak cabinets, breakfast bar and a comprehensive range of appliances. Includes a huge American fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, waste disposal unit, electric cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Also includes a large range of tableware, glasses and cutlery. Walk through the kitchen into a very spacious double garage.
Dining
The dining area is set off to one side of the kitchen & living area providing a view onto the pool area.
Utility Area
There is a separate discreet area for the large washing machine and tumble dryer. Providing guests with all the necessary items guests will need if they want to do their laundry.
Master Bedroom
True luxury, huge room with a King size bed, light oak solid wood furniture complements this room, twin beside cabinets, chest of drawers/dressing table/mirror , colour TV, walk in clothes storage closet (in here you will find a cot and a high chair for children more comfortable using this type of furniture and also an electronic safe). From the bedroom patio doors lead you directly to the pool area.
The en-suite bathroom includes a large oval bath, huge walk in shower, dual vanity unit, large ‘Hollywood’ style mirror and a fitted hairdryer. Separate WC.
Second Bedroom
Another luxurious bedroom with Queen size bed fitted with maple wood furniture, two bedside cabinets, large chest of drawers with mirror (colour TV/VCR) and a very spacious clothes closet.
Third Bedroom
With two twin beds, light oak chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, spacious clothes closet (colour TV/VCR).
Family Bathroom
This sunny room comprises bath, shower, vanity unit with fixed hairdryer and WC.
Screened Pool and Deck
Leading out through the patio doors the deck and pool area provides you with excellent privacy. There is a shaded area which offers those who would like to cool down somewhere to go and enjoy the breeze provided by the two ceiling fans. Around the pool there is plenty of space to relax on loungers and enjoy the Florida sunshine.
The safety of your family is our utmost priority – the pool area is protected by door alarms for the security of young children.
To enable you to enjoy a meal at home with out cooking over a hot stove we have provided a Gas BBQ.
Baby Equipment
We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a cot (crib) and highchair which are all provided FREE OF CHARGE.

Pool Details

The Pool
The beautiful 'Freeform' shaped Pool is also electrically heated and is set within the extended deck area and large lanai. With out being overlooked from the rear you have that extra privacy.
The large and spacious screened deck provides ample room for all guests to sunbathe/relax and there are plenty of padded sun loungers, recliners etc, table and chairs as well as a free BBQ grill for your use. Also the 2 ceiling fans can give you that extra bit of breeze on a red hot day.

Surrounding Area

Highlands Reserve is an up-market development and is situated to the west of US Highway 27 just three miles south of the US 192 junction and is in a quiet, peaceful location set among the beautiful rolling countryside to the west of Disney. Neighbouring orange groves and pine trees add to the natural beauty of the location, which has easy access to all of the major attractions with shops, supermarkets and restaurants catering for most tastes and price brackets only a short drive away on US 192. There is a recently opened Publix supermarket and Walmart within 5 minutes drive of the community.

Highlands Reserve is built around a challenging 18 hole par 72 championship golf course. It is the perfect vacation spot for golfers and families that want easy, quick access to the theme parks of the Orlando area. There is a clubhouse and a driving range for family enjoyment and that extra special community vacation. Highlands Reserve also has a children's playground and tennis courts available to villa guests
