High Grove is a gated community with unusual 'mediterranean' styled
homes. Our own is located on the perimeter and is therefore not
overlooked from behind.
Our pool deck is screened and paved and offers you a lovely area to
wind down in with loungers and table and chairs, a parasol for when
the sun becomes too much and of course, the 26 foot pool and jacuzzi.
The pool has underwater lighting for evening bathing too! We've
included some pool toys too & added an electric BBQ grill for
'cook-outs'!
Access to the pool deck is via the family room or the pool bathroom.
There is a spacious area with pleanty of seating for the family to relax and watch satellite
TV DVD's or Videos or listen to music as we also provide a
CD/Radio/Cassette player. There is a large dining table next to the
open-plan kitchen area & bar stools at the breakfast bar!
A laundry room is also located
downstairs through which access is gained to the games room with
pool/air-hockey/foosball table/table-tennis & darts.
Upstairs we have two master suites, one furnished with a king-size
bed, en-suite with separate water closet, shower enclosure, tub and
twin washbasins (with hairdryer). There is 20" flat-screen satellite TV
with integral DVD/VCR and a
walk-in closet in which the safe is located. There is also a large
chest of drawers and an armchair along with a quiet ceiling fan to completes this room.
The second en-suite has a queen- sized bed, Satellite TV, chest of drawers,
armchair and
closet space and private access to the family bathroom. This
bathroom also has access from the landing and offers a bath with
shower over and water closet and single washbasin with a hairdryer.
The remaining two bedrooms are furnished with twin beds, chest of
drawers and closet space. The larger of the two has a games
console/games plus TV and the smaller has a portable CD/radio/cassette
player.

Unusual brick paved pool deck
with 26ft pool and spa/jacuzzi all enclosed by a screen. Loungers
and table and chairs with sun umbrella for dining al-fresco. Pool
lighting for those balmy evenings relaxing in the pool after a
hectic day in the parks.
