Pool Details

The Pool area includes extended decking which is the full width of the villa ensuring maximum sunshine throughout the day. The Swimming Pool is accessible directly from the Family Room and BOTH Master Suites through individual doors. The Pool also boasts a Luxury Jacuzzi/Spa which can be heated on request.

Surrounding Area

The community is gated and it is located just off the Famous US192 on the east side of Kissimmee. Major theme parks are a mere 20 minutes from our villa using either the Osceola Parkway or the Turnpike. Situated South of Downtown Kissimmee just off the FAMOUS US192, Magic Landings is a small community of around 150 villas, of which the majority are short term rentals homes.

Situated away from the busy roads, this is the ideal place for a family holiday. This is a gated community, surrounded by a privacy wall and some wooded areas. The entrance is lined with lush Palm Trees and the Gardens are all landscaped making this a beautiful place to spend your holidays.

There is also a small lake within the community which adds to the beauty, peacefulness and tranquillity of this community. Only a few miles from the Florida Turnpike and the Osceola Parkway makes easy access to all of Central Florida’s attractions.

The community is directly across from the Kissimmee Tourist Information Centre and also the Silver Spurs Rodeo, which is located inside Osceola Heritage Park. Local golf courses are in abundance for the professional or amateur Golfers in the family.
