Our new four bedroom three
bathroom villa is fully equipped with everything you need to make
your Florida vacation a time to remember.
Our new villa is an ideal base from where to explore everything
Florida has to offer, from busy days at the theme parks, shopping at
the numerous malls, or just relaxing by the 26'x12' South facing
private pool.
For golfers this is the place to be, with an on site 18 hole
championship golf course and clubhouse.
The villa is furnished to a high standard with hand picked ( not
package ) furniture.
All beds have upgraded top quality mattresses.
The villa is fully equipped for, and can accommodate up to ten
guests when using the sofa bed. Crib / cot / highchair are
available.
Our new villa is fully air conditioned throughout and consists of
the following:
* stylishly furnished lounge with cable TV, telephone with free
local calls. Long distance calls can be made via phone card.
* Family room, fully furnished looking out to the pool area.
* Dining room
* Fully fitted kitchen comprising: cooker, dishwasher, fridge
freezer, microwave. A washing machine and tumble drier are situated
in the utility area.
* Breakfast nook.
* Master bedroom including King size 4 poster bed, cable TV, DVD
player and en suite bathroom, closet.
* Second bedroom fully furnished with Queen bed, closet, cable TV
and en suite bathroom.
* The third and fourth bedrooms are twin bedded, (one is Disney
themed ), and share the third bathroom
* 26'x12' screened pool plus spa, both of which can be heated if
required ( charges apply ) Full selection of pool furniture
provided.
* A PlayStation and games, CD player and selection of board games
are provided.
* Ample supply of linens and towels are provided.
* Our local management company are on hand to attend to any problems
should you require them.

Surrounding Area
Southern Dunes is a peaceful gated community located South of Orlando and
Kissimmee in Haines City on Highway 27.
Southern Dunes is a PGA championship golf course rated four star golf
digest and ranked in the top 100 courses in America and in the top six in
Florida.
In
addition to the golfing facilities there is a club house, a large communal
swimming pool, tennis courts and childrens play area.
Outside the gated entrance, within walking distance there is a 24 hour WAL
MART, bank, and fast food outlets, restaurants are also nearby.
Southern Dunes is an ideal base from which to visit all the major
attractions, being about a 20 minuite drive from Disney,25-30 minuites to
Universal Studios and Islands Of Adventure and about 30 minuites to Sea
World. Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre are about an hours drive
away.
