Highway 192 containing restaurants to suit every taste and pocket can be found along with huge choice of shops. Further down is Downtown Kissimmee where the world famous Saturday night cruise takes place containing over a hundred classic American cars.

The villa is fully air-condition and feature a spacious open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge is decorated and furnished in soft pastel shades, has comfortable sofas, coffee tables. A colour TV provides multi channel viewing along with a video recorder and stereo and Playstaion 2.

The dining area allows guests to dine in comfort and style.

The kitchen comes fully fitted and equipped. An electric oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven are arranged for easy access and minimum effort.

A utility room, situated off the hallway, houses a high speed, large capacity washing machine, separate tumble dryer and ironing facilities and hoover.

All bedrooms have ceiling mounted paddle fans as well as air conditioning to maintain pleasant temperatures at all times. For your convenience all linen and towels are provided.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed. A TV is provided for those early morning weather checks!and also DVD player. The spacious en-suite comprises of toilet, twin basins, bath tub and separate shower cubicle whilst a walk in closet provides ample space to store holiday apparel and luggage.

There are three further bedrooms, Bedroom two has a double bed and built in wardrobes and also has a TV and DVD player.

Bedroom three and four are twin bedded and have built in wardrobes and Character TV's and DVD players.

These three rooms share a bathroom comprising of toilet, twin basins, bath tub and shower.

There is also provided for our littlest guests a cot/crib (including bedding), highchair and baby monitor with nightlight.

Pool Details

Our wonderful south facing pool has sun all day, we have a private pool with spa fully screened and comes equip with chairs and a table for Alfesco Dining, Sun loungers and pool toys.

Surrounding Area

The villa is located just five minutes from Interstate 4 and 10 minutes from Disney.

We are within five minutes of Champions Gate which boast golf courses designed by Greg Norman and 2 minutes from Reunion Golf Courses.

At Champions Gate is a Publix supermarket a Chinese restaurant which does brilliant takeaways and a wonderful Pizzeria.

Our location is prefect as we are close enough to all the attractions but far enough away if you want peace and quiet around the pool.
