Louise and Roger would like to welcome you to our beautiful home in Florida. Our villa is the ideal choice for your holiday accommodation. Sleeping up to 10 people it is situated in the peaceful community of Greater Groves yet is only 12 minutes from Disney.

In the villa you could enjoy the large, south facing, private, screened pool which can be heated if desired, overlooking a natural ‘conservation’. The extensive pool deck allows the sun worshipers to bask in the sun while the large covered ‘lanai’ area provides a beautiful shady area with two cooling fans and table and chairs to enjoy al fresco dinning or to escape the sun!

The villa has a large living room with patio doors to the pool, an area for quiet relaxation. There is a formal dining room as well as a breakfast nook. A well equipped kitchen overlooks the oversized family room which again has patio doors to the pool. The comfortable family room suite has a queen sized sofa bed. The family room also has a mini music system, cable TV with VCR and DVD. The master bedroom has a king sized bed,large walk-in closets and an enormous en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twins shairing a third bathroom. All the the bedrooms have cable TV. The fantastic light and spacious feel of the whole villa is further enhanced by cathedral ceilings.

All towels and linens are provided and all local telephone calls are free. The villa is cared for locally by an excellent family run management company available, if necessary, 24 hours a day to ensure that you have an enjoyable and trouble free stay.

Orlando, the vacation capital of the world, is a special and magical place for both children and adults. Our aim is that this doesn’t stop when you leave the theme parks or golf course, rather that your stay in our home will be a great experience too!
