Description

Our stunning 4-bedroom 3-bathroom pool home was completed in November 2002 and has been furnished to highest of standards. The villa is situated in the beautiful and very much in demand Windsor Palms Resort which is only 3.5 miles from the Walt Disney World® Resort, this is about as close to Disney as you can stay.
The Orlando International Airport is only a twenty-five minute drive from our guarded, gated entrance.
Central to Windsor Palms is the clubhouse and recreation centre, designed to reward guests with all the pleasures of a resort. This includes a reception area which can provide you with any assistance you may require. The 7,000 sq. ft. Windsor Palms centre sets the community distinctly apart. The huge wrap around sundeck features an Olympic sized heated swimming pool, with separate toddler pool and hot tub, and dominates the grounds of the three-acre recreation area.
The Windsor Palms clubhouse boasts its own 58-seat, state of the art movie theatre, where popular films delight every member of the family. In addition, the clubhouse includes a complete fitness centre offering the best in workout equipment and facilities. For the children, there is an indoor games room with arcade machines, pool tables, and a table tennis table. Outside are a childrens’ playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and picnic areas. For added convenience, there is also an on-site convenience store as well as business facilities, and a Shuttle Service to the attractions in the area.
This new luxury villa has 1900sq. feet of living accommodation. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with cable T.V. in every bedroom. The house accommodates 8 – 10 people plus a cot, and features a magnificent open plan living area. The top of range kitchen has upgraded appliances and all the essentials for a self-catering vacation. All bed linens and towels are provided, as are laundry facilities.

The master bedrooms are beautifully furnished and have large walk-in closets and storage space. They are equipped with upgraded cable televisions and radio / alarm clocks. The beds are high quality, comfortable and have lots of spare linens, pillows, and blankets. There is access from the master bedroom to the pool deck. To provide you with any assistance or information there is 24 hour management support on hand.

Windsor Palms Resort is one of the closest vacation home communities to the theme parks. Located behind Splendid China on Highway 192 with shops and restaurants on your doorstep.
The resort is an oasis of calm and tranquility and is a perfect setting for a luxury vacation in Orlando.
Two minutes drive from our villa will take you to the Formosa Gardens Shopping Plaza where you will find a supermarket, post office, ATM, chemist and a wide variety of restaurants to suit all tastes.
