Description
Our four bedroom ,three bathroom
villa is located on a quiet cul de sac in a quality residential
neighbourhood.
The spacious accommodation is very relaxing with views to the rear
overlooking a lake. There is plenty of wildlife to observe in the
garden with exotic birds in particular being in abundance. Majestic
cranes visit the garden on a daily basis.
The central living/dining area has two double patio doors which open
on to the pool area which has a full length covered lanai. The pool
area is in the sun all day right up to sunset.
The lounge, kitchen are and master bedroom all have views over the
pool and lake to the rear.
The master bedroom is very spacious and well furnished. Double patio
doors open onto the pool area and lanai with views over the lake.
The en-suite bathroom has a deep corner bath tub under a feature
glass brick window. There are two separate sinks with vanity units.
A further door leads to the shower area and WC. The bedroom has a
large walk in closet with storage on three walls. A large TV is also
in the bedroom.
Bedroom two like the master has a queen size bed, TV and plenty of
storage space. This bedroom has adjacent bathroom making this
virtually en-suite. The bathroom has an extra door giving direct
access to the pool area.
Bedrooms three and four are both twin bedded rooms and of a good
size. Bathroom three adjacent.
The kitchen is spacious and comes completely equipped with
dishwasher, cooker , microwave, waste disposal etc., in fact all you
could need to make your stay easy and comfortable.
There is a separate utility room with very efficient washer and
dryer units, iron etc. Door leads to large two car garage.
The villa now has a games
room. Also computer with high speed wireless internet connection
and free international phone calls. Two cycles for guests to use.
Pool Details
Pool overlooks lake to rear of
property. Wildlife in the garden. Sun trap all day right up to
magnificent sunsets. Full length lanai runs along the pool area.
Surrounding Area
Bridgewater Crossing is a quiet
residential area interspersed with several small lakes and the
larger Lake Madison. There is a large nature preserve, residents
pool, games courts and picnic areas alongside the lake. Five minutes
away is Champions Gate with many facilities and Greg Norman designed
golf courses at the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. Reunion Golf
Resort is also within five minutes.
There is easy access to Interstate 4 which makes the main entrance
to Disneyworld a ten minute drive and all the other major theme
parks and attractions are within easy reach.
