Description

A two storey four bedroom villa situated on the popular Esprit development just a 10 minute drive from the Disney parks.

The villa consists of a family room to sit in and relax after a long day at the parks. It has 2 sofas to sit on and watch a 52 inch television with cable, dvd and vcr.

A lounge area with sofas to sit in for those quieter moments to sit in and read or listen to music on the cd player/radio.

A dining area with a 6 seat dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a full oven and gas range, large double fronted fridge freezer, microwave oven and coffee machine. There is also a dinette attached to the kitchen

The master bedroom is fully en suite, has a king size bed, large tv with cable and dvd. The en suite bathroom has a bath tub, walk in shower and hand basins. There is a large walk in closet and ample drawer storage space. In the walk in closet there is a high chair and cot for those younger members of your family.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, tv and dvd. There is a closet and drawer space.

The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds tvs'and vcrs, closets and drawer storage.

There is a double integrated garage that has a washing machine and dryer for your use. Also in the garage there is a stroller and various pool toys.

The second bathroom is situated on the second floor and has a bath tub/shower, wash basin and toilet. There is also a third toilet on the ground floor off the family room. All the bathrooms have hairdryers in them.

Beach towels are provided as are all other towels and bed linen.

There is a gas barbeque for you to use free of charge (if it runs out of gas you can purchase more at the local gas station).

All local telephone calls are free of charge and for long distance and international calls, phone cards can be purchased from the gas station. There is also an internet cafe situated at Best Western just 1 mile from the home on US Highway 192.

Pool Details

A private screen covered pool with a large deck area. There are sun loungers, chairs and tables to sit round and relax.
There is also a covered lanai.
The pool area overlooks the 4th tee of the resorts' 9 hole golf course.

Surrounding Area
Esprit is situated on US Highway 27 next to the junction with US Highway 192. It is well placed to visit, by car, Tampa and Busch Gardens on the Gulf Coast and The Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona on the the Atlantic Coast. The Orlando theme parks are a short drive, 10 minutes to Disney and 20 minutes to Universal and Sea World.

Local shops include a brand new Walmart less than 1 mile from the villa, a Publix store 1.5 miles from the villa, a nail and beauty salon for the ladies at the entrance to Esprit. There is also a Citgo gas station at the entrance that has a shop that is open 24 hours for those smaller items. It also has a Subway sandwich bar. There is a bar for those who wish to have a drink and not worry about having to drive.

There are many golf courses in the area that charge very reasonable rates, including the 9 hole course on Esprit that charges good rates for equipment hire.

There are many restaurants just a short drive away including JT\'s Family Steak House, Dennys, Outback Steak house, Ponderosa and many more. For those who wish to eat in there are many take aways that deliver to the door, these include pizzas, Chinese and Italian food.

Esprit has a 440 acre lake and woodland surrounding it, there is also a communal pool and basket ball courts.
