The front doors open into 2000 square feet of fully air-conditioned living space which includes:

Living room with sofa/Queen sleeper, Loveseat, TV and formal dining area with 6 chairs, this is a lovely room to escape for some peace and tranquillity.
Family room. This bright and sunny room opens, which opens out into the pool area, has a sofa, loveseat, TV, Play station which also takes DVDs, and CD player. The fully equipped kitchen has everything that you will need during your stay Microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, cooker etc
There is a separate utility room that houses the washing machine, dryer, iron etc.
In the Games area there is a multi function games table which includes Pool, Table football, Hockey etc
The first Master bedroom, which also opens onto the pool area has a queen size bed, walk in wardrobes, Tv, full en suite with bath, walk in shower with glass enclosure, two washbasins, and hairdryer
The second Master bedroom has a queen size bed and is also en suite with bath, shower, and hairdryer.
There are two more bright and sunny twin bedrooms, which share a family bathroom.

The pool, This is the perfect place to unwind during your stay The fabulous pool which can be heated during the colder months also boasts a spa pool for real relaxation and if that is not enough why not have a rest on one the luxurious sun loungers

Our beautiful new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa with a wonderful pool and spa area is situated in tranquil secure lakeside community of the Sanctuary at Westhaven, it is one of the highest points in central Florida so high that on a clear night you may see the fireworks at Walt Disney world Epcot resort. But that is not the only reason why the Sanctuary is so special.

This is small, gated community just minutes away from the renowned Greg Norman golf course at Champions gate. The preserved wetlands here provide an excellent place to spot Cranes, Osprey, Great Egret and White Ibis.

Westhaven is ideally situated for a holiday in Florida being close to the US27 and the Interstate 4. There is easy access to Orlando International Airport which is only 30 minutes away, 1 hour for Sandford, Kennedy Space Centre and the Atlantic coast are approximately 1 hour, the Gulf coast 90 minutes and Gator land only 30 minutes!!
