Description
Sunset Lakes is a quiet gated
community with two lakes and is surrounded by a Conservation Area.
It is ideally situated just off Highway 192 where you will find
shops, restaurants and other facilities. Disney World main gate is
less than 10 minutes away and other attractions and golf courses are
within a short drive
The villa provides a spacious open plan living area with two large
sofas, one of which converts into a double bed. There is a TV with
cable and DVD/video and a stereo CD player.
There is a fully equipped kitchen. The dining area has an extending
table and chairs seating up to 8 people. There are a further two
stools which can be used at the adjacent breakfast bar.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a large en-suite
bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and en-suite shower room/wc.
There are two further bedrooms with twin beds, including a Disney
themed room with TV/video. The third bathroom has bath and shower
over, wash hand basin and w.c. All bedrooms have cable TV and there
is a video player and playstation 2 in one of the twin bedrooms.
Three sliding doors lead directly onto the screened pool deck where
you will find sun loungers and chairs to enjoy the Florida sunshine
until late into the evening. There is a shaded lanai area that has
an overhead fanlight and a table and chairs for outside dining.

Sunset Lakes is a quiet gated
community with two lakes, a heated communal pool for residents and
guests use and a children's play area. It is in a fantastic location
just off Hwy 192 where you will find numerous shops and restaurants.
The Disney theme parks are less than 10 minutes away and easy access
is available to the other parks and attractions in the Orlando area.
