with covered seating area.
The villa was built in September 2004. Downstairs there is a Family
Room, Kitchen and Dinning Area, Laundry Room, Double Bedroom with
patio doors leading onto the pool area, Bathroom and Garage. On the
first floor is the large Master Bedroom with en-suite bath/shower
room and walk in robes, 2 further twin bedrooms and a large family
bathroom.
Facilities include : washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher,
microwave, oven and hob, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, 4
slice toaster, kettle, 2 TV's with cable, CD, DVD, cot, high chair,
buggy, patio furniture, Christmas tree and decorations. Pool towels.

heated pool and a covered seating area with a table, chairs,
loungers and outside lighting - ideal for relaxation. Overlooks the
3rd fairway of Southern Dunes Golf Course.
Surrounding Area
The villa is located within the
landscaped grounds of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club which is
rated 51st in the top 100 courses in the US. The villa is
conveniently situated on US Highway 27 close to all of Central Floridas Major attractions. Orlando airport is only 35 miles away.
Guests staying at the villa can use the childrens play area, tennis
courts, large communal swimming pool and gym. The Golf Club House
offers bar facilities and meals. Immediately outside of the
development are a bank, petrol station and WalMart superstore which
sells everything you will ever need.
