The Lounge & Formal Dining Area
are both light and airy in an open plan format. The children can
entertain themselves with cable TV. There is also a DVD player and a
CD player/radio.
The pool area can be accessed through the patio doors which have
been child proofed with an alarm system.
The Queen sized sofa also converts into an additional bed should
this be needed.
The fully fitted kitchen includes the following appliances: large
oven, hob, microwave, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, toaster,
electric kettle, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, cutlery and
crockery. The villa telephone is also located in the kitchen.
The Laundry Facilities which include a washing machine, tumble
dryer, iron and ironing board can be located in the double garage,
internal access can be gained from inside the villa entrance. All
bed linen and towels are provided.
The En-Suite Master bedroom has a large walk-in dressing room, Cable
TV, clock/radio and a hairdryer and overlooks the pool.
The En-Suite Double Bedroom has a closet/wardrobe, cable TV,
clock/radio and hairdryer.
The 3rd Double Bedroom, located at the front of the property, also
comes with a closet/wardrobe, clock/radio and hairdryer.
The Twin Bedroom contains closet space.
The Bunk Bedroom is a favourite with children of all ages. It has a
closet/wardrobe and overlooks the pool area.
Pool Details
The large screened pool which
looks out onto a conservation area is ideal for that early morning
swim, afternoon splash with the kids or early evening wind down
after a hectic day in the many theme parks. It comes with the option
of additional heating which is recommended for the cooler months.
Pool furniture is provided, with loungers for relaxing and soaking
up the sun on the deck area and a table and chairs in the covered
lanai area
Surrounding Area
Clear Creek is a recently built
rental and residential development. Whilst set in a peaceful
location, it is only a short drive to Walt Disney World, Universal
Studios, Seaworld and many other attractions.
You will find an abundance of restaurants, supermarkets and
pharmacies all close by.
