Our villa has been equipped with
the holidaymaker in mind - there is everything you need to make your
holiday truly memorable!
The villa has 2 en-suite Master bedrooms, both leading to the pool
area. This makes the accommodation ideal for 2 families. The main
master has a king size bed, double walk-in shower, twin sinks, large
bathtub and walk-in closet. The second master also has a king size
bed, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have
cable TV, clock radio, telephone and hairdryer.
There is a third double bedroom with queen size bed, built-in
wardrobes, cable TV and an adjoining bathroom.
The 2 twin bedrooms both have Disney themes - The Lion King and
Winnie-the-Pooh - and they share a Winnie-the-Pooh bathroom. These
rooms have been designed with our younger guests in mind; each has
cable TV with a DVD player, plus there is a Playstation 2 in the
Lion King room.
The Great Room is truly great at 23 feet long by 16 feet wide, fully
tiled floor, with high vaulted ceilings complete with skylights and
ceiling fans. It has double French doors that lead out onto the pool
area. There is ample furniture for relaxing in after a hectic day at
the parks. The room is equipped with digital TV, CD & DVD player
plus a selection of films and books.
There is a fully equipped kitchen including cooker, microwave, large
fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, double sink with waste
disposal, coffee maker, kettle, blender plus all the crockery and
utensils you will need.
There are 2 dining areas in the villa, one is in the kitchen ideal
for breakfast and snacks. The other is a separate, more formal area
for those special meals.
There is a separate laundry room equipped with washing machine,
tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
In the Games room there is a full size pool table, DVD player plus
table and chairs.
The villa is fully air conditioned, plus ceiling fans in every room.
It has an extensive alarm system for your added security. All bed
linen, towels and pool towels are provide. There are a range of
extras for your added comfort and enjoyment: free use of baby
equipment (stroller, high chair & cot), free local telephone calls,
a selection of DVD's and PS2 games, toys and games for the children
plus plenty of pool toys.
The pool area has everything you need to enjoy the Florida sunshine!
It is South-West facing and so enjoys sun all day long. It is fully
screened and not overlooked.
There is a large lanai (covered porch) with ceiling fan, ideal for
al fresco dining or relaxing in the shade. The pool area is equipped
with luxury cushioned furniture including sunloungers, reclining
chairs, and dining table and chairs.
The large pool has been enhanced by the addition of a raised
whirlpool spa, with more than enough room for 6 people. The pool
itself has underwater lighting, a waterfall from the spa and spray
fountains creating the sound of gently running water to help you
unwind.
For your peace of mind there is a safety fence to safeguard the
little ones.
Gas heating is available (extra cost) for the pool and spa, if
required.
Pool Details
The pool area is South-West
facing, so enjoys all day sun. It is fully screened and not
overlooked. The large pool has been enhanced with a raised whirlpool
spa with more than enough room for 6 people. The lanai and deck are
equipped with luxury cushioned furniture. For peace of mind, there
is a safety fence between the pool and the lanai.
Surrounding Area
Our villa is situated at Indian
Creek, Kissimmee, one of the most sought-after locations in the
Disney area. It is only 4 miles to Disney World plus several
championship golf courses are just 10 mins drive away. As well as
being conveniently located for all of Orlando's major attractions,
the villa is 2 mins drive from a range of restaurants and shops.
Indian Creek also has a children's play area, tennis court,
basketball court and running track.
