Searching for the perfect holiday accommodation....then look no further!

"Villa Bonaire" is a luxury 5 bed/3 bath private villa, located in the exclusive gated community of “The Reserve at Town Center”.

>From the minute that you drive through the impressive entrance gates, the brightly coloured houses, immaculate gardens and quiet palm-tree lined streets, create a feeling of peace and tranquility…yet all of the wonderful attractions and excitement that Orlando has to offer are within easy reach.

The property comprises two master bedrooms, with queen size beds, each with their own en-suite facilities and cable T.V. The third bedroom features a double bed, and the other two bedrooms contain twin beds. These three rooms share the use of the large family bathroom. All linens and towels, including additional pool towels, are provided. A complimentary cot and high chair are available on request.

The communal living area features a 25" cable T.V and a VCR. The sleeper sofa converts into a queen size bed to provide accommodation for two further guests, if required. Patio doors lead directly out to the pool and sun deck.

The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern conveniences and includes everything that we think you could possibly need. If you are travelling with young children, we have put some non-breakable plates, bowls, beakers, spoons and forks in the kitchen area. There is a kitchen nook that has a table that seats four.

The separate, more formal, dining area, features a dining table that seats six in comfort.

The pool area and deck look toward a beautiful woodland conservation area. The secluded pool area is not overlooked from behind at all. The patio furniture and complimentary BBQ provided will help you to further enjoy the outdoor lifestyle that Florida is well-known for. There is a covered poolside lanai (porch) with a ceiling fan, should you wish to relax in the shade. For peace of mind, all exits to the pool area have double locks.

This 5 bed villa is one of four owned by members of our family. The four villas are located next door to one another on the exclusive Town Center Community in Davenport, Orlando, which means that we can accommodate you whatever the size of your party.

Town Center is a gated, secure development which provides a haven from all the excitement that Florida has to offer. Yet, it is only 8 minutes from Disney, close to shops and restaurants, and in the middle of golfers paradise!

Pool Details

The rear of the property and the pool area look to a beautiful woodland conservation area. This provides a high degree of privacy as the secluded pool and sundeck are not overlooked at all from behind.

The private pool is approx 25 ft by 12ft in size and ranges from 3ft to just under 6ft in depth. There are steps for easy entry at the shallow end and an underwater ledge at the deep end. An underwater pool light gives night time swimming a magical feel!

We provide complimentary "noodles", a ball and inflatables/toys for guests to use in the pool - all ages seem to enjoy these! For peace of mind, if travelling with young children, all exits to the pool area have double locks.

The complimentary gas BBQ, and the patio furniture provided, will help you to further enjoy the outdoor lifestyle that Florida is well-known for. The sun deck features a covered poolside lanai (porch) with a ceiling fan, should you wish to relax in the shade.

Pool heating is available as an optional extra during the cooler months, and a pool blanket is also provided to help to conserve heat during this time of the year.

Surrounding Area

"The Reserve at Town Center" is an exclusive, gated community of only 94 homes. The community was purposely built in a rural wildlife beauty spot and is ideally situated to provide a haven from all the excitement that Orlando has to offer.

Yet, with easy access to Interstate 4, all of the major attractions, shopping, restaurants and numerous golf courses are only minutes away.

Local amenities are a 5 minute drive from the villa. They include a large Publix supermarket, family restaurants, MacDonalds, Subway sandwich shop, movie/video rental shop, hairdresser, nail salon and liquor store.

Highway 192 is a 9 minute drive from the villa and this is where you will find a vast array of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as smaller attractions such a Water Mania, several crazy golf courses and the opportunity to take a helicopter trip over Orlando!

The new Champions Gate Resort Complex is a 5 minute drive from the villa. This features two Greg Norman designed golf courses and is the world headquarters of the David Leadbetter golfing academy. If you are an avid golfer, then Orlando offers an abundance of luxuriously manicured golf courses to suit golfers at all levels of competence. Many of these golf courses are within a 30 minute drive of the villa – please just ask for more details.
