Our lovely villa is located at
the Sanctuary at West Haven , Davenport, Florida set amongst a
protected conservation area and overlooking a natural lake. The
villa is set within a walled and gated community for extra security.
The villa is luxurious and has been beautifully furnished to the
highest standards throughout and is fully air conditioned.
Our home is only a 15 minute drive to Disney and a two minute drive
away from Champions Gate with two international golf courses
designed by Greg Norman.
The accommodation is very spacious and includes all the home
comforts you can think of. On the upper floor is the master bedroom,
which has a huge king size bed, luxurious en suite bathroom and
cable tv. Leading from the master bedroom is a balcony, which
overlooks the natural tranquil lake. There are a further two
bedrooms on this floor. On the ground floor there are two sitting
rooms, one with cable TV and video, a dining area and breakfast
area. all furnished to a very high standard. There is also a further
two bedrooms and bathroom, one cloakroom toilet and a superb fully
equipped oak kitchen with, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge
freezer etc. There is also a utility room with washer and dryer for
your added convenience.

screened swimming pool with a spa, which can be heated on request.
The pool has an extended sun deck with patio furniture and overlooks

Studios is a mere 20 minute drive.
If you plan on playing golf while in Florida our home is situated
only 2
mins away from the best golf resort in Orlando, Champions Gate.
