Lake Berkley is an upmarket gated community benefiting from a 24 hour security gate allowing you to enter a serene world where you can relax and enjoy the Florida sun after a hard day at the parks or at one of the spectacular shopping malls that Florida has to offer. The peace and quiet offered by Lake Berkley belies the fact that it is only minutes from the buzzing 192.
Lake Berkley offers a host of activities depending on how active you want to be ! over and above those offered in your home. How about a game of tennis or volleyball ? A stroll around the lake maybe along the nature trail or a spot of fishing. Or, you can use the communal pool and get to know your fellow holidaymakers.
The clubhouse has a gym, internet access and small store.
The open plan and airy family room faces out on to the South facing pool and extended deck while allowing you to stay in the cool offered by the typical high Florida ceiling with its central fan.
This African themed room which enjoys two couches allows you to unwind and relax while either listening to the stereo, watching one of the many cable tv stations or enjoying one of the many films on offer in our dvd collection.

The open plan kitchen comes fully equipped with just about everything you could need and more for an impromptu meal or full blown feast ! It comes with large fridge/freezer, icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, microwave, cooker, cordless kettle, toaster, coffee maker, plenty of crockery, pots and pans, and wine glasses.

The house offers two dining areas to suit your mood ! A wrought iron set with glass top allows you to dine more informally in the open plan kitchen / family room. The second dining area is designed for slightly more formal meals allowing you to relax with after a busy day with a glass of wine and enjoy the ambient and relaxing atmosphere – the perfect end to a yet another memorable day in the Florida sun !

The house has five bedrooms – the spacious master suite with its American king size bed, tv and dvd player and patio doors opening out on to the pool deck for that early morning dip ! This room enjoys a large en-suite bathroom with separate toilet, walk in shower, large corner tub and walk in closet.

The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, closet and en-suite bathroom with tub and shower, being shared with the third twin bedroom directly to your right as you enter the house. There are two further twin rooms, one based on a Disney Animal Kingdom theme and sharing the third Mickey Mouse bathroom.

Fully equipped with 7ft pool table, air hockey, fussball, darts and if you are felling really energetic, why not enjoy a game of tennis with the racquets provided !

For your comfort, there are fans and bar stools.

No need to bring home all those dirty clothes as we have a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board in the garage.

DVD/VCR player in the family room with TVs/DVD players in the bedrooms, with a selection of movies for you to watch while you unwind after a hard day at the parks.

The Disney themed room also enjoys a selection of games, toys and a playstation.

For our younger guests we provide a crib (cot) with bedding and high chair.

Pool Details

The extended South facing pool deck catches the Florida sun all day long and who can resist cooling off in the 30 x 15 feet pool or luxuriating in the spa ?
Plenty of pool furniture allow you to dine al fresco or just sit and enjoy another glass of wine while watching the children playing to their hearts content and discussing the highlights of the day and recounting the thrill of the rides !
