Emerald Island resort is a gated community in a prime location. Just minutes by car to the Disney parks, on site facilities include tennis & volleyball courts, picnic area & nature trails, playground, clubhouse with pool, tiki bar, shop, internet room, sauna, gym & games room. A shuttle bus service to the parks is available for a small fee. Newspapers and snacks can be purchased in the clubhouse shop.

Our 3,500 sq ft villa is situated on the prestigious Enclave overlooking conservation area and national forest. Local wildlife includes otters, egrets and cranes.

Accommodating 12 guests, the villa has 3 king size bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor plus 3 twin bedrooms all with bathrooms making it ideal for two families.

The entertainment area with 53" tv and games console will keep the kids amused while the rest of the family can choose to relax in the Family Room with 65" tv & dvd surround sound or the third lounge which is ideal to relax or play board games in peace. Fully fitted kitchen with dining table, and breakfast bar, laundry room, fridge with ice and water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher. Additional formal dining room. DVDs and Playstation games provided for guests' use.

Surrounding Area

Emerald Island is approx. 3 miles to the Disney parks and within 15-20 minutes of Seaworld, Universal and factory outlets via I-4. A shopping plaza with major supermarket, medical centre, internet cafe and many restaurants and food outlets is within a 5 minute drive. Old Town, Celebration and International Drive area all within easy reach. The beaches are an easy drive via I-4 taking around 90 minutes to the Atlantic Coast - Cocoa Beach - or 2 hours to Tampa and Busch Gardens.

Highway 192 is just a few minutes drive from the villa and boasts every kind of food outlet you can wish for including steakhouses, pizza, Chinese and Indian food.
